It wasn’t terrible or anything, but the colors were kind of not what I thought they would be. The shades looked different in person, so I was a little confused by that

The tracking on my order was not very helpful. It barely updated, so I never really knew where my package was, like whether it had shipped, was sitting in a warehouse, was out for delivery, or was just stuck somewhere. I kept checking it expecting some kind of update, like a scan, a location, an estimated delivery change, anything really, but it was basically the same vague info the whole time

I ordered from iluvcolors and the prices felt average to me. Not super expensive or anything, but not exactly a bargain either. The quality was fine for what I paid, so I wasn’t disappointed, but I also wasn’t blown away. I’d probably order again if they had a sale going on, but paying full price feels a little much... just depends, I guess
